- All products purchased from Medifoot.in are applicable for exchange.
- Customers can exchange their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
- All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

- Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details.
- The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.
- You may return for an exchange within 7 days of delivery, so long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags still attached.
- You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery.

- All refunds will be credited in your bank account which you have used while ordering in www.medifoot.in
- In case of any discrepancies from our side, the payment will be made via digital media such as PayTM Wallet, UPI or Net Banking
- All refunds will be credited within 7 business days from the date of return request received.
- To cancel any order, please send details via WhatsApp at +91 9030403669 to cancel the order and refund your payment. The refund amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
- If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.
Shipping and COD Policy
We endeavour to deliver products purchased from Medifoot in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We are continuously improving our reach to deliver across maximum possible locations within minimum time. We have tied up with the leading logistic providers in India to ensure fast delivery.
- It may take 2-5 days for you to receive your order depending on the delivery location.
- If the order is cancelled, un-delivered or lost to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
- If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on our Returns Policy.
- We do not accept any COD payments.
- Currently, we do not charge any shipping fee (except for specific locations, mentioned in www.medifoot.in/shipping-location)
